We understand that sometimes things don't work out and we want you to feel secure in the knowledge that if you shop with us and are not 100% happy then you have 28 days to return your order from the day you received it. Simple!
To return an item please contact us as soon as possible to request a return via firstname.lastname@example.org We can then give you the correct returns address for the item you are returning. We are not responsible for any items items sent to the wrong address.
Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return not received in their original condition.
Please note all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and shipping costs are non refundable. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK please ensure that you mark the item clearly as a return on any custom forms because you will be responsible for any custom charges that are applied to incorrectly labelled returned items.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed by us, and the money will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for the refund to show up on any bank statements. Please note we can only refund to the original payment method used, no exceptions.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us securely, items that are not received will not be refunded unless you can provide proof of postage and a tracking number. For this reason we highly recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment in the case that your return doesn't reach us.
